Hello, I’m Dr. Shrinidhi — an Ayurvedic physician , currently pursuing my MD in the Department of Manasaroga (Ayurvedic psychiatry) at SDM College of Ayurveda and Hospital , Hassan.

This space is an attempt of record the journey of my postgraduation - the things I learn about the mind, the cases that make me think twice, the questions that don’t have easy answers , those endless researches , and the everyday chaos that happens in the residency .
